I recently attended a conference that was not a typical conference for medical professionals to attend. Medical professionals were in attendance, but everything was aimed toward patients with ovarian cancer. It was wonderful to see almost 60 people present for the first annual Ovarian Cancer Summit. At one point, as I looked across the room and saw all of the teal displayed, tears came to my eyes.
