I would like to welcome any new RE:Connect readers, but particularly my colleagues from the Waikato District Health Board (DHB), who, thanks to the team at Viscom, now have a direct link on the DHB intranet to RE:Connect and the ONS Connect website. I encourage you to take some time to browse the ONS Connect website and read the posts from the other bloggers. I also encourage you to visit the ONS website. Thanks to these sites, so much knowledge and experience can be shared with so many.
This sharing is all a part of the journey that I mentioned in my last blog of 2011. I really am proud to be able to share my journey with so many. I welcome your comments and contributions, which are what make this learning and sharing such a valuable piece of our everyday practice.
I wish you all the very best for 2012! May you achieve the goals that you set, and may you attain the knowledge that you strive for. I’ll close with the words of a very famous New Zealander, Sir Edmund Hillary, who once said, “It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.”
