This is week 7 of 52 Weeks of Self-Care.
Few things can calm like a clear night sky. This week, take a moment to head outside. Grab a blanket or a fan, depending on your local climate, settle into the back of a pickup truck, a rooftop chair, or the cool grass, and just look up.
Whether you actually know what you’re looking at or not, you can simply enjoy the view. Take it all in, and let go of everything else.
