November marks another All Souls' Day and another season of remembering those who've passed away. As healthcare professionals, we rarely give ourselves time to grieve. It's not healthy. We may hear of a patient who died, pause for a moment, and then turn our focus to all the other patients needing us. Grieving is good self-care. Our patients are part of us, and we carry them with us in our hearts and in our minds. Take time to remember and grieve this week.
